Golden Touch is a network on which you can connect to licensed massage therapists, personal trainer and yoga instructors in your area who will come to your home, hotel, workplace or event. Service providers on the Golden Touch network are typically available in as little as an hour after you book, or up to 30 days in advance.

We will match you with the highest quality service provider available at the time specified. You have the option to choose a male or female professional if you have a preference, but are not able to select the exact therapist that you’d like. Unless you have booked with them previously and would like to rebook with the same service provider. You can also choose directly using the app.

We’re very careful about the service providers we select to join the Golden Touch network. We interview all of our service providers in person and make sure they are fully licensed and insured in their state of practice. We accept only the highest quality service providers with a history of excellence in customer satisfaction. In most states the process to become a certified service provider requires applicants to successfully pass background checks conducted by a state investigator, before being deemed able to safely work with the public. All Golden Touch service providers have passed these government sponsored certification measures. In order to become a CMT, a therapist must also complete a minimum of 500 hours of practical training, but some states require as much as 1,000 hours as well as personal trainers and yoga instructors. All Golden Touch service providers have the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all clients to reciprocate the same level of respect and conduct.

Yes, absolutely! After your first session with a Golden Touch service provider, you will be given the option to re-book with the same service provider. Keep in mind, however, we cannot guarantee that the same service provider will be available at the time you request.

Golden Touch takes the stress out of booking a session and is able to function because of the honor system. If you enjoy our services, we hope that you will do your part in keeping our eco-system intact. We strongly encourage our non-members to use Golden Touch exclusively for all of their massage needs. However, if you become a member you can deal directly with your service provider and they will honor our member discount prices. You can pay them directly using cash, cash app, venmo, paypal and or credit card.

Feel free to undress to your level of comfort. If you’d prefer to leave on undergarments, be our guest! If you feel more comfortable nude, you may undress completely and position your body under the sheet. Therapists are trained to properly drape your body to protect your modesty and theirs.

When booking, we ask that you provide detailed parking information. If our service provider is unable to find free parking, or none is available in your area, you will be expected to reimburse the service provider for any parking costs incurred.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the appointment time with no penalty If you reschedule with less than 1 hours’ notice, prior to the appointment, we charge a $40 fee. If you reschedule with less than 30 minutes’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge a $50 fee. If you cancel with less than 1 hours’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge $50 fee. If you cancel with less than 30 minutes prior to the appointment, we charge the FULL price of the massage you booked, *except if no therapist is assigned, then it's free of charge.

In the United States, Golden Touch does not accept insurance as a form of payment as of yet, we are working on it. However, some insurance companies will allow clients to self-claim and file for reimbursement.

There’s no need for your own massage table. Our therapists bring the massage table, clean sheets, oils, and music to create the full massage experience. Unless you already have a table that you want to use.

Golden Touch therapists always come prepared with fresh linens, however you may use your own.
